Today I see despair, hopelessness, bomb blasts and panic everywhere around me. It seems like darkness has overcome the light and salt is losing its taste. My heart moans when I see people not knowing the truth, especially due to our bad behaviors and non Christian character. When we call ourselves Christians, but do not act according to the Bible we bring shame and disgrace to the name of Jesus. Word tells us that if we cause an offense or hindrance, then it would be better for us to have a milestone placed around our neck and cast into the bottom of the sea. World wants to find out where to find the light and hope in the darkness. Praise God we have the good news. Jesus says:
“You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled by men. You are the light of the world…. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your father in heaven.” Mathew 5:13-16
So dear brothers and sisters it is our responsibility as the light of this world to shine and give enlighten the darkness around us. Let everyone know around us through our good character that Jesus is the only hope. He is the way, the truth and the life.
Good news
I want to encourage you towards “Masihi Rishta.com”. I believe in the potential of my Pakistani Christian youth and singles. We have to get up and bring our talented people in the front. I am very happy for our Christian singles and their families that now they can search for suitable match in their city or in any part of the world. This is going to solve the problem especially for Pakistani Christian parents living abroad who want their sons and daughters to marry from their own country.
May God use the team of “Masihi Rishta.com” for his glory and for the betterment of our community “Amen.”
